Furnizorul solicit\u0103 operatorului de sistem, iar ultimul este obligat s\u0103 reconecteze la re\u0163eaua de gaze naturale instala\u0163iile de gaze naturale ce apar\u0163in consumatorului final \u00een termenul cel mai scurt posibil, dar nu mai t\u00e2rziu de 2 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data achit\u0103rii operatorului de sistem a tarifului pentru reconectare conform punctului117 din Regulament.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Achitarea facturilor<\/strong> de plat\u0103 pentru gazele naturale consumate se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een termenele \u0219i in contul bancar indicat \u00een Contractul de furnizare a gazelor naturale \u00eencheiat \u00eentre p\u0103r\u021bi.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Plata preventiva<\/strong> este perceputa de catre furnizor in conformitate cu Regulamentul privind furnizare gazelor naturale in urmatoarele situatii:<\/p><ol><li>\u00a0C\u00e2nd instala\u021biile de gaze naturale ale consumatorului final au fost deconectate de la re\u021beaua de gaze naturale pentru neachitarea facturii de plat\u0103, refuzul nemotivat al consumatorului final de a acorda accesul personalului operatorului de sistem la locul de consum;<\/li><li>Contractul de furnizare a gazelor naturale este \u00eencheiat \u00een baza altui drept real, dec\u00e2t cel de proprietate;<\/li><li>\u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care imobilul care face obiectul locului de consum este ipotecat, sechestrat, sau drepturile asupra acestuia constituie obiect al unui litigiu \u00een instan\u021ba de judecat\u0103;<\/li><li>Fa\u021b\u0103 de consumatorul final este ini\u021biat\u0103 procedura de insolvabilitate.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><p>Suma pl\u0103\u021bii preventive este stabilit\u0103 de c\u0103tre furnizor \u0219i nu trebuie s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 contravaloarea \u00een bani a consumului mediu lunar de gaze id=\"jet-toggle-content-1412\" class=\"jet-toggle__content\" data-toggle=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\"><p>Conform punctului 20 din Regulamentul privind furnizarea gazelor naturale, Contractul de furnizare a gazelor naturale elaborat de furnizorul de gaze naturale trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 \u00een mod obligatoriu urm\u0103toarele:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Denumirea \u0219i adresa juridic\u0103 a furnizorului;<\/li><li>Obiectul contractului;<\/li><li>mijloacele prin care se pot ob\u021bine informa\u021bii actualizate despre pre\u021burile \u00een vigoare;<\/li><li>parametrii de calitate a gazelor naturale furnizate;<\/li><li>debitul contractat, \u00een cazul \u00een care contractul este \u00eencheiat cu un consumator noncasnic;<\/li><li>pre\u021burile \u0219i tarifele aplicate;<\/li><li>modalit\u0103\u021bile de plat\u0103, termenele de plat\u0103, cazurile \u00een care furnizorul este \u00een drept s\u0103 impun\u0103 plata preventiv\u0103 pentru consumul gazelor naturale, precum \u0219i m\u0103surile ce vor fi \u00eentreprinse de furnizor \u00een cazul nerespect\u0103rii obliga\u021biilor contractuale de c\u0103tre consumatorul final;<\/li><li>cazurile \u0219i condi\u021biile de \u00eentrerupere a furniz\u0103rii gazelor naturale, de deconectare \u0219i de reconectare la re\u021belele de gaze naturale a instala\u021biei de utilizare (aparatelor de utilizare) a consumatorului final;<\/li><li>durata contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale, cazurile \u0219i modalitatea de prelungire, modificare \u0219i reziliere a contractului, inclusiv prevederea expres\u0103 referitor la dreptul consumatorului final de a rezilia contractul \u00een mod unilateral \u0219i gratuit;<\/li><li>prevederi referitoare la modalitatea de notificare de c\u0103tre furnizor a consumatorului final cu privire la modificarea pre\u021bului de furnizare a gazelor naturale \u00eenainte de aplicarea acestuia;<\/li><li>eventualele compensa\u021bii \u0219i modalit\u0103\u021bile de rambursare a cheltuielilor care se aplic\u0103 \u00een cazul \u00een care furnizorul nu \u00ee\u0219i \u00eendepline\u0219te obliga\u021biile contractuale, inclusiv \u00een cazul factur\u0103rii eronate de plat\u0103, sau dac\u0103 furnizorul \u00ee\u0219i \u00eendepline\u0219te obliga\u021biile contractuale cu \u00eent\u00e2rziere sau \u00een mod defectuos;<\/li><li>modalit\u0103\u021bile de ini\u021biere a procedurilor de solu\u021bionare a ne\u00een\u021belegerilor aferente neexecut\u0103rii sau execut\u0103rii defectuoase a clauzelor contractuale;<\/li><li>drepturile \u0219i obliga\u021biile furnizorului, consumatorului final \u0219i informa\u021biile referitoare la drepturile consumatorului prev\u0103zute de lege, inclusiv solu\u021bionarea reclama\u021biilor consumatorilor finali;<\/li><li>datele de contact ale persoanelor autorizate \u0219i\/sau ale unui serviciu telefonic al furnizorului, inclusiv programul de lucru, unde consumatorul final poate s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 toate informa\u021biile necesare privind executarea contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale;<\/li><li>r\u0103spunderea pentru ne\u00eendeplinirea sau \u00eendeplinirea necorespunz\u0103toare a obliga\u021biilor asumate de p\u0103r\u021bile contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale;<\/li><li>indica\u021bii despre faptul c\u0103 contractul con\u021bine date cu caracter personal (\u00eentru executarea art. 23 alin. (8) din Legea privind protec\u021bia datelor cu caracter personal nr. 133 din 8 iulie 2011, pct. 54 al Cerin\u021belor fa\u021b\u0103 de asigurarea securit\u0103\u021bii datelor cu caracter personal la prelucrarea acestora \u00een cadrul sistemelor informa\u021bionale de date cu caracter personal, aprobate prin Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea Guvernului nr. 1123 din 14 decembrie 2010 \u0219i pct. 35 al Regulamentului Registrului de eviden\u021b\u0103 a operatorilor de date cu caracter personal, aprobat prin Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea Guvernului nr. 296 din 1 mai 2012).<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-1413\" id=\"jet-toggle-content-1413\" class=\"jet-toggle__content\" data-toggle=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\"><p>CASNIC<\/p><p>Pentru a \u00eencheia contractul de furnizare a gazelor naturale, solicitantul, poten\u021bial consumator casnic este obligat s\u0103 prezinte furnizorului urm\u0103toarele acte \/informa\u021bii:<\/p><p>1) cererea, formularul c\u0103reia este plasat pe pagina electronic\u0103 a furnizorului sau pus la dispozi\u021bie de c\u0103tre acesta;<\/p><p>2) copia actului de proprietate sau copia documentului care atest\u0103 un drept real sau de folosin\u021b\u0103 asupra imobilului care face obiectul locului de consum respectiv;<\/p><p>3) copia buletinului de identitate;<\/p><p>4) copia procesului-verbal de recep\u021bie \u00een exploatare a instala\u021biei de gaze naturale (dup\u0103 caz).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>NONCASNIC<\/p><p>Pentru \u00eencheierea contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale, solicitantul poten\u021bialul consumator noncasnic este obligat s\u0103 prezinte furnizorului urm\u0103toarele acte \/informa\u021bii:<\/p><ol><li>cererea formularul c\u0103reia este pus la dispozi\u021bie de c\u0103tre furnizor, care include denumirea, adresa, telefonul, faxul, e-mailul solicitantului;<\/li><li>copia actului de proprietate sau copia actului care atest\u0103 un drept real sau de folosin\u021b\u0103 asupra imobilului care face obiectul locului de consum respectiv;<\/li><li>extrasul din Registrul de stat al persoanelor juridice \u0219i \u00eentreprinz\u0103torilor individuali eliberat de Agen\u021bia Servicii Publice, cu cel mult 3 luni \u00eenainte de data depunerii cererii sau copia altui act care atest\u0103 dreptul de a desf\u0103\u0219ura activitatea, dup\u0103 caz, codul fiscal, contul de decontare, denumirea b\u0103ncii prin care solicitantul deruleaz\u0103 pl\u0103\u021bile;<\/li><li>copia actului de delimitare, semnat de operatorul de sistem;<\/li><li>copia procesului-verbal de recep\u021bie a instala\u021biei de gaze naturale (dup\u0103 caz);<\/li><li>volumele \u0219i perioadele de furnizare a gazelor naturale.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Solicitantul prezint\u0103 furnizorului originalele actelor pentru verificarea copiilor prezentate sau copiile legalizate ale acestora.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>La contractul de furnizare a gazelor naturale \u00eencheiat \u00eentre furnizor \u0219i consumatorul noncasnic se anexeaz\u0103 obligatoriu lista persoanelor furnizorului \u0219i a consumatorului noncasnic, care sunt \u00eemputernicite de a negocia cu privire la regimul de consum al gazelor naturale, de a semna actele de predare-preluare a gazelor naturale \u0219i numerele lor de telefon.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-1414\" class=\"jet-toggle__control elementor-menu-anchor\" data-toggle=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"0\" class=\"jet-toggle__label-text\">Procedura de schimbare a furnizorului<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-content-1414\" class=\"jet-toggle__content\" data-toggle=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\"><p>Conform dispozitiilor legale in vigoare consumatorul final are dreptul sa isi aleaga liber si sa schimbe furnizorul de gaze naturale fara perceperea unei taxe, in conditiile achitarii datoriilor fata de furnizorul anterior.<\/p><p>Schimbarea furnizorului se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een termen de cel mult 20 de zile calendaristice din data depunerii cererii de c\u0103tre consumatorul final.<\/p><p>Conform punctului 8 din Regulamentul privind procedura de schimbare a furnizorului de gaze naturale, schimbarea furnizorului de gaze naturale cuprinde urm\u0103toarele etape:<\/p><ol><li>\u00eencheierea contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale \u00eentre consumatorul final \u0219i furnizorul nou;<\/li><li>depunerea cererii de schimbare a furnizorului de gaze naturale, la furnizorul actual;<\/li><li>notificarea de c\u0103tre furnizorul actual a furnizorului nou \u0219i a operatorului de sistem privind ini\u021bierea procedurii de schimbare a furnizorului de gaze naturale;<\/li><li>prezentarea de c\u0103tre operatorul de sistem a informa\u021biilor privind locul (-rile) de consum la care se preconizeaz\u0103 schimbarea furnizorului;<\/li><li>\u00eencheierea de c\u0103tre operatorii de sistem \u0219i furnizori a acordurilor adi\u021bionale la contractele m\u0103surare;<\/li><li>furnizarea gazelor naturale de c\u0103tre furnizorul nou;<\/li><li>emiterea facturii de plat\u0103 finale pentru gazele naturale consumate conform contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale \u00eencheiat cu furnizorul actual;<\/li><li>achitarea de c\u0103tre consumatorul final a datoriilor fa\u021b\u0103 de furnizorul parti.<\/p><p>In cazul unor neintelegeri consumatorii au la indemana urmatorii pasi pentru solutionarea problemelor:<\/p><ul><li>Negocierea directa cu furnizorul de gaze naturale<\/li><li>Medierea sau Concilierea<\/li><li>Reclamariile la ANRE<\/li><li>Adresarea instantelor de judecata pentru solutionarea litigiului.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\">Consumatorii finali sunt \u00een drept s\u0103 solicite recuperarea prejudiciilor materiale \u0219i morale cauzate de furnizor sau de operatorul de sistem, \u00een conformitate cu legislatia in vigoare a Republicii Moldova.\n\n\u00cen cazul nerespect\u0103rii de c\u0103tre furnizor a termenelor de \u00eencheiere a contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale, solicitantul poten\u021bial consumator final este \u00een drept s\u0103 cear\u0103 compensa\u021bii de la furnizor:\n<ol>\n \t<li>o sum\u0103 fix\u0103 \u00een valoare de:<\/li>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>50 lei pentru solicitantul \/consumator casnic;<\/li>\n \t<li>75 lei pentru solicitantul  consumator noncasnic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n<li>suplimentar, pentru fiecare zi calendaristic\u0103 de \u00eent\u00e2rziere, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu urm\u0103toarea zi calendaristic\u0103 de la data expir\u0103rii termenului privind \u00eencheierea contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale, dar nu mai mult de 30 zile calendaristice de \u00eent\u00e2rziere:<\/li>\n<ul>\n \t<li>10 lei pentru solicitantul consumator casnic;<\/li>\n \t<li>25 lei pentru solicitantul consumator noncasnic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\nDac\u0103 se constat\u0103 abateri de la parametrii de calitate \u0219i\/sau regimurile de livrare a gazelor naturale provocate de operatorul de sistem, furnizorul va pl\u0103ti consumatorilor finali afecta\u021bi, obligatoriu, compensa\u021bii sub form\u0103 de reducere a pre\u021bului la gazele naturale furnizate propor\u021bional puterii calorifice real \u00eenregistrate pentru perioada \u00een care nu au fost respecta\u021bi parametrii de calitate \u0219i\/sau regimurile de livrare a gazelor naturale.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-2062\" class=\"jet-toggle__control elementor-menu-anchor\" data-toggle=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"jet-toggle-content-2062\" aria-expanded=\"false\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-template-id=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"jet-toggle__content-inner\"><p>Reclamatiile consumatorilor finali \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu contractarea, deconectarea, reconectarea, facturarea, precum \u0219i referitor la consumul de gaze naturale prin ocolirea echipamentului de m\u0103surare sau prin denaturarea indica\u021biilor acestuia, sau prin alte modalit\u0103\u021bi de consum ne\u00eenregistrat de echipamentul de m\u0103surare se examineaz\u0103 \u0219i se solu\u021bioneaz\u0103 de furnizor, \u00een termenele stabilite de Legea cu privire la gazele naturale.<\/p><p>Peti\u021biile consumatorilor finali cu privire la deconectare se examineaz\u0103 \u0219i se solu\u021bioneaz\u0103 de furnizor, indiferent dac\u0103 deconectarea instala\u021biilor de gaze naturale ale consumatorilor finali a fost efectuat\u0103 la cererea furnizorului sau din ini\u021biativa operatorului de sistem. \u00cen cazul \u00een care la examinarea peti\u021biilor consumatorilor finali, furnizorul constat\u0103 c\u0103 operatorul de sistem a \u00eenc\u0103lcat termenul de reconectare stabilit, acesta achit\u0103 consumatorului final prejudiciat compensa\u021bia calculat\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu Regulamentul cu privire la calitatea serviciilor de transport \u0219i de distribu\u021bie a gazelor naturale \u0219i solicit\u0103 operatorului de sistem s\u0103 restituie contravaloarea compensa\u021biei. Operatorul de sistem este obligat s\u0103 restituie furnizorului cheltuielile suportate \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu achitarea compensa\u021biei pentru prejudicierea consumatorului final din vina operatorului de sistem.<\/p><p>Consumatorii finali depun la furnizor reclama\u021biile privind parametri de calitate a gazelor naturale.<\/p><p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care un consumator final, un utilizator de sistem a adresat furnizorului sau operatorului de sistem o reclama\u0163ie care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie examinat\u0103 \u015fi solu\u0163ionat\u0103 de cel\u0103lalt titular de licen\u0163\u0103, furnizorul sau operatorul de sistem, dup\u0103 caz, este obligat s\u0103 transmit\u0103 reclama\u0163ia celuilalt titular de licen\u0163\u0103 (operator de sistem sau furnizor) \u00een termen de cel mult 5 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii reclama\u0163iei \u015fi s\u0103 informeze despre acest fapt consumatorul final, utilizatorul de sistem.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>ANRE examineaz\u0103 ne\u00een\u0163elegerile dintre consumatorii finali, utilizatorii de sistem \u015fi \u00eentreprinderile de gaze naturale ce survin \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu prezenta lege, precum \u015fi dintre utilizatorii \u015fi operatorul sistemului de distribu\u0163ie \u00eenchis, \u015fi emite decizii \u00een caz de necesitate. ANRE examineaz\u0103 reclama\u0163iile depuse de consumatorii finali, de utilizatorii de sistem sau de utilizatorii sistemului de distribu\u0163ie \u00eenchis \u00een termen de cel mult 30 de zile lucr\u0103toare de la \u00eenregistrarea reclama\u0163iei. Termenul de examinare a reclama\u0163iei poate fi prelungit cu cel mult 30 de zile lucr\u0103toare, fapt despre care este informat consumatorul final, utilizatorul de sistem sau utilizatorul sistemului de distribu\u0163ie \u00eenchis.<\/p><p>Pe perioada examin\u0103rii reclama\u0163iilor privind facturarea \u0219i \u00een cazul nerespect\u0103rii de c\u0103tre titularul de licen\u021b\u0103 a procedurii de deconectare, ANRE emite decizii privind interzicerea deconect\u0103rii de la re\u0163elele de gaze naturale a instala\u0163iilor de gaze naturale ale consumatorului final sau privind reconectarea acestora.<\/p><p>\u00cen termen de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data emiterii, ANRE remite decizia asupra ne\u00een\u0163elegerii spre executare p\u0103r\u0163ilor implicate, cu expunerea motivelor pe care se \u00eentemeiaz\u0103 acest act.<\/p><p>ANRE examineaz\u0103 \u015fi mediaz\u0103 ne\u00een\u0163elegerile dintre operatorii de sistem \u015fi proprietarii terenurilor \u015fi ai altor bunuri, proprietate public\u0103 sau privat\u0103, \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu aplicarea prevederilor art. 74 \u0219i 75 din Legea nr.108\/2016. If, upon examination of end-consumer petitions, the supplier finds that the system operator has violated the established reconnection deadline, it pays the injured end-consumer the compensation calculated in accordance with the Regulation on the quality of natural gas transport and distribution services and requests the operator of the system to return the compensation value. The system operator is obliged to reimburse the supplier for the expenses incurred in connection with the payment of compensation for damage to the final consumer due to the fault of the system operator.Final consumers submit complaints regarding natural gas quality parameters to the supplier.If a final consumer, a system user has addressed to the supplier or system operator a complaint that is to be examined and resolved by the other licensee, the supplier or system operator, as the case may be, is obliged to forward the complaint to the other licensee of license (system operator or supplier) within no more than 5 working days from the date of registration of the complaint and to inform the final consumer, the system user, about this fact.ANRE examines disagreements between final consumers, system users and natural gas companies that arise in connection with this law, as well as between users and the operator of the closed distribution system, and issues decisions in case of necessity. ANRE examines complaints submitted by final consumers, system users or users of the closed distribution system within no more than 30 working days from the registration of the complaint. The deadline for examination of the complaint can be extended by a maximum of 30 working days, a fact about which the final consumer, the system user or the user of the closed distribution system is informed.During the examination of complaints regarding invoicing and in case of non-compliance by the license holder with the disconnection procedure, ANRE issues decisions regarding the prohibition of disconnection from the natural gas networks of the final consumer&#8217;s natural gas installations or regarding their reconnection.Within 3 working days from the date of issuance, ANRE forwards the decision on the disagreement for execution to the involved parties, with the exposition of the reasons on which this act is based.ANRE examines and mediates disagreements between system operators and owners of land and other assets, public or private property, in relation to the application of the provisions of art. 74 and 75 of Law no. 108\\\/2016. Puterea calorific\u0103 inferioar\u0103, MJ\/m3 (kcal\/m3), la 20\u00b0C \u015fi 101,325 kPa, nu mai mic\u0103 31,8 (7600);<br \/>b. Domeniul valorilor indicelui Wobbe (superior), MJ\/m3 (kcal\/m3), 41,2-54,5 (9850-13000);<br \/>c. Abaterea admisibil\u0103 a indicelui Wobbe de la valoarea nominal\u0103, %, nu mai mare \u00b1 5;<br \/>d. Concentra\u0163ia masic\u0103 a acidului sulfhidric, g\/m3, nu mai mare de 0,02;<br \/>e. Concentra\u0163ia masic\u0103 a sulfului mercaptan, g\/m3, nu mai mare de 0,036;<br \/>f. Frac\u0163ia volumetric\u0103 a oxigenului, %, nu mai mare de 1,0;<br \/>g. Masa impurit\u0103\u0163ilor mecanice \u00een 1 m3, g, nu mai mare de 0,001;<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>s\u0103 asigure condi\u0163iile tehnice, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<br \/><br \/>a. Pentru consumatorii casnici, p\u00e2n\u0103 la robinetul de siguran\u0163\u0103, \u00een condi\u0163ii tehnice de presiune stipulate \u00een pa\u015faportul tehnic\/cartea tehnic\u0103 a aparatului de utilizare al consumatorului final;<br \/>b. Regulamentului privind furnizarea gazelor naturale, Consumatorul final are urm\u0103toarele drepturi:<\/p><ol><li>la furnizarea continu\u0103 \u0219i fiabil\u0103 a gazelor naturale, p\u00e2n\u0103 la ie\u0219irea din robinetul (ele) de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een cazul consumatorului casnic \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la punctul de delimitare \u00een cazul consumatorului noncasnic, la parametrii de calitate stabili\u021bi;<\/li><li>s\u0103 verifice \u0219i s\u0103 constate respectarea de c\u0103tre furnizor a prevederilor contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale;<\/li><li>s\u0103 solicite sistarea furniz\u0103rii gazelor naturale pentru o perioad\u0103 de timp determinat\u0103, dar nu mai mic\u0103 de o lun\u0103;<\/li><li>la modificarea, prelungirea sau rezilierea contractului de furnizare a gazelor naturale;<\/li><li>s\u0103 fie prezent la citirea indica\u021biilor echipamentului de m\u0103surare, la verificarea \u0219i la efectuarea expertizei extrajudiciare a echipamentului de m\u0103surare, la controlul echipamentului de m\u0103surare a gazelor naturale \u0219i al sigiliilor aplicate;<\/li><li>s\u0103 solicite furnizorului informa\u021bii cu privire la parametrii de calitate a gazelor naturale furnizate, istoricul de consum, pl\u0103\u021bile \u0219i penalit\u0103\u021bile prev\u0103zute \u00een contract calculate \u0219i achitate;<\/li><li>s\u0103 aib\u0103 acces la serviciul telefonic 24\/24 al operatorului de sistem, la re\u021belele c\u0103ruia este racordat\u0103 instala\u021bia sa de utilizare, la serviciul telefonic al furnizorului, numerele c\u0103rora se indic\u0103 \u00een mod obligatoriu \u00een factur\u0103;<\/li><li>s\u0103 solicite repararea prejudiciilor cauzate de c\u0103tre furnizor, de c\u0103tre operatorul de sistem \u00een cazul livr\u0103rii gazelor naturale cu \u00eenc\u0103lcarea parametrilor de calitate, a indicatorilor de calitate stabili\u0163i sau \u00een cazul \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rii de c\u0103tre furnizor, de c\u0103tre operatorul de sistem a contractului \u00eencheiat ori a actelor normative de reglementare aprobate de Agen\u0163ie;<\/li><li>s\u0103 primeasc\u0103, la cerere, informa\u021bii privind pre\u021burile \u0219i tarifele \u00een vigoare;<\/li><li>s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 r\u0103spuns la peti\u021biile \u0219i reclama\u021biile adresate \u00een modul \u0219i \u00een termenele stabilite de actele normative \u00een vigoare.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div Nr. 108\/2016 cu privire la gazele naturale, informa\u021biile privilegiate sunt informa\u021bii cu caracter exact care nu au fost f\u0103cute publice, care se refer\u0103 \u00een mod direct sau indirect la unul sau mai multe produse energetice angro \u0219i care, dac\u0103 ar fi f\u0103cute publice, ar putea influen\u021ba \u00een mod semnificativ pre\u021bul produselor energetice angro. \u00cen sensul prezentei no\u021biuni, prin informa\u021bii se \u00een\u021belege:<\/p><ol type=\"a\"><li>informa\u021biile care trebuie f\u0103cute publice \u00een conformitate cu prezenta lege, cu Regulamentul privind accesul la re\u021belele de transport al gazelor naturale \u0219i gestionarea congestiilor, cu Codul re\u021belelor de gaze naturale \u0219i cu Regulile pie\u021bei gazelor naturale;<\/li><li>informa\u021biile cu privire la capacitatea \u0219i utilizarea instala\u021biilor de utilizare, a instala\u021biilor de producere, a instala\u021biilor de stocare sau a re\u021belelor de transport al gazelor naturale, inclusiv informa\u021biile cu privire la indisponibilitatea planificat\u0103 sau neplanificat\u0103 a acestora;<\/li><li>informa\u021biile care trebuie divulgate \u00een conformitate cu prevederile actelor normative sau ale contractelor de pe pia\u021ba angro a gazelor naturale, \u00een m\u0103sura \u00een care aceste informa\u021bii ar putea avea un efect semnificativ asupra pre\u021bului produselor energetice angro;<\/li><li>alte informa\u021bii legate de pia\u021ba gazelor naturale pe care un participant la pia\u021b\u0103 ar putea s\u0103 le foloseasc\u0103 pentru a lua decizia de a efectua tranzac\u021bii legate de un produs energetic angro sau de a emite un ordin de tranzac\u021bionare cu un astfel de produs.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-14110\" \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi \u00eencontinuu calitatea serviciilor si a produselor oferite, precum si de a contribui la informarea consumatorilor finali cu privire la drepturile si oportunit\u0103\u021bile avute.<\/p><p>In acest sens ne-am propus ca in anul 2024 sa \u00eentreprindem urm\u0103toarele ac\u021biuni:<\/p><ol><li>Achizitia in avans si realizarea de stocuri de gaze naturale pentru a garanta livrarea gazelor naturale c\u0103tre consumatorii finali;<\/li><li>Analiza de pia\u021b\u0103 constanta pentru a asigura un pre\u021b contractual sustenabil pe toat\u0103 durata contractual\u0103;<\/li><li>Asistenta de specialitate privind rela\u021bia contractual\u0103 prin intermediul Centului de deservire a consumatorilor finali de\u021binut;<\/li><li>Publicarea prin intermediul po\u0219tei electronice de informa\u021bii in leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu tendin\u021bele, prevederile legale si oportunit\u0103\u021bile cu privire la eficien\u021ba energetica;<\/li><li>Punerea la dispozi\u021bia consumatorilor finali a tuturor informa\u021biilor cu privire la drepturile contractuale avute, cu privire la mecanismele de protec\u021bie de care beneficiaz\u0103 si cu privire la procedura de urmat in cazul existen\u021bei unor ne\u00een\u021belegeri cu furnizorul avut.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div
